Rhonda Mikologic
Executive Director
Rhonda possesses a vast array of experience in both engineering and business. Over the past 20 years Rhonda has worked in consulting engineering, mechanical equipment sales, and for the past 7 years as a business owner overseeing a thriving business with 20 employees. Rhonda’s engineering knowledge and business know-how, along with her acute attention to detail make her the ideal Inside Sales Manager.
Rhonda was born and raised in the Chicago area and went on to attend college at the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) as a full scholarship recipient. Following graduation Rhonda went on to work with Fluor Daniel learning industrial ammonia refrigeration piping and instrumentation. She continued on to HVAC consulting engineering and, for a short time, owned a consulting engineering firm in the Chicago area. In 2004 job opportunities brought the Mikologic family to Las Vegas. After several years as a stay at home mom, Rhonda returned to the work force joining Lawyer Trane. Beginning as engineering sales support and quickly moving into the position of Inside Sales Manager, Rhonda was responsible for overseeing the inside sales team and preparing pricing, proposals, and submittals on all equipment for commercial jobs in Southern Nevada. Rhonda quickly became known by engineers and contractors alike, for her thoroughness, accuracy, and quick response.
Seven years ago, Rhonda and her husband, Paul, took a departure from engineering to open a Laser Tag Family Fun Center. Together they created their new business from the ground up. Today, battleBLAST Laser Tag is a 10,000 square foot entertainment center featuring Laser Tag, a video arcade, and a snack bar. For the past 7 years, Rhonda has overseen 16-20 employees, and coordinated with managers on all aspects of the business from bookkeeping, payroll, scheduling, inventory, and event planning. Profitable from year one, battleBLAST has continued to be a success. Rhonda and Paul, however, found themselves yearning to return to the stimulating field of engineering and the competitive nature of sales. Rhonda’s previous engineering and business experience combined with her analytical and precise nature bring substantial value to her clients and sales team.
Rhonda and her husband, Paul, have been happily married for over 21 years and together they have two teenage boys.
